It was built by the iconic Diamond family in the late 1960's. There are only 4 apartments in the block making it a very personal and private space. The balcony spans the entire front of the unit with most rooms enjoying a sea view. In addition to the 4 large bedrooms, there is a large kitchen and family room, sitting room, laundry/utility, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. If you are looking for marble bathrooms and granite kitchens then this apartment is not for you. However, if you are looking for a down to earth beach home to have a memorable family beach holiday, then is property will not disappoint. Many guests return each year increasing the length of their stay.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and one garage space. This apartment is within 50m of the Tugun Surf Lifesaving Club and patrolled beach. Tugun village with its alfresco cafes, restaurants and shops is within a 5 minute walk away, therefore no need for a car. The Gold Coast International Airport is a 5 minute drive away.

$500 refundable security deposit, $250 basic cleaning fee and $30 non-refundable booking fee applies.

Location
Tugun is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 30 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Tugun offers a stretch of pristine, uncrowded and patrolled beach. Tugun village has a number of trendy cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a great surf club on the beach, 2 supermarkets + liquor stores, fashion and homewares stores and florists. Despite having all of these conveniences, Tugun still maintains a laid back beach town vibe. Take a walk or bike ride along the path towards Currumbin and enjoy a spectacular sunset with Surfers Paradise twinkling in the distance.

This apartment is in a great location. Right on the beach. Plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby. Easy access to the highway for travel up and down the coast. Beautiful spot to just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. WM
The unit was well appointed with everything required for a family holiday. We are a retired couple and had family from Ireland and Sydney making 10, with 4 children aged from 2 to 11. Direct access to the beach was just perfect. We would recommend this unit and location for a great family-friendly holiday. Loved the location, direct access to the beach, excellent beds, seating for a large group, and all the serving dishes we could need. Loved everything! BL
