  Overall this is a great property for a holiday with 5 bedrooms and relatively economical if sharing with others. It is a little old with consequent problems and we experienced a number of issues requiring the attendance of tradesmen . However , Goldcoast Holiday rentals bent over backwards to help us including one emergency requirement for a plumber to attend to fix a sewerage leak after hours a on a weekend . I would recommend the property as user friendly but be prepared for some break downs and it is so large that the air conditioning can be hard to keep up on very hot days . We enjoyed the property not withstanding those issues .
