The home is modern, open plan living, kitchen, and dining areas all offering air conditioning and panoramic ocean views. After a big day at the beach, you can chill out in the lounge with Wifi, Foxtel IQ and TV with DVD player.

The oversized master bedroom offers air-conditioning, ensuite with spa bath and stunning water views from the king sized bed.The spacious second queen bedroom also offers magnificent ocean views and both bedrooms have multi-stacker security doors so you can literally step from your bed out onto the beach for that early swim.

The third bedroom offers double bed with ceiling fan and fourth has 2 singles, perfect for a 2 families or a larger family getaway.

Fees
Refundable $500 bond, $250 basic cleaning fee and $30 non-refundable booking fee applies.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Palm Beach has been crowned Queenslands cleanest beach 3 times and offers great swimming and surfing conditions. Palm Beach's dining and entertainment scene is booming with trendy new cafes, bars and restaurants popping up regularly. The Palm Beach surf club offers great meals and spectacular views.
