This classic beachhouse is airconditioned and has been updated throughout with a new kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oversized renovated bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms both have queen beds and the third has 2 single beds, all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The house is bright and beachy with polished hardwood floors throughout and lounge room opening onto the very spacious balcony which faces out to the spectacular expanse of Bilinga beach. After a long day in the sun, sit back and relax in the lounge room complete with LCD TV, free WIFI and Austar. There is a second balcony off the rear bedrooms, offering ocean views as well.

There is also a fully renovated laundry and bathroom downstairs with a lock up garage with plenty of storage.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Location
Bilinga is located only minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Hop straight off the plane and into paradise! Bilinga offers one of the least crowded beaches on the Gold Coast, and has a quaint, beach town vibe. The beach is patrolled in front of the surf club, and most accommodation options feature wonderful views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. There are a couple of cafes and general stores to stock up on holiday basics and it is only a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.
