The apartment is bright and beachy with comfortable, stylish furnishings throughout. There are 2 bedrooms - master with queen bed and private balcony with ocean views and the second bedroom with 2 single beds and private balcony.

There are also 2 bathrooms and internal washer and dryer for your convenience.

The apartment is open plan with the well equipped kitchen leading through to a bright and spacious, air-conditioned living area complete with Foxtel. The apartment features 3 separate balconies including a beachfront balcony with unrestricted panoramic ocean views. This is the perfect spot to whale watch in winter, or take in the spectacular scenery year round.

You won't have to leave the resort with amazing facilities including outdoor lap pool, heated spa and sauna, gym, BBQ area and games room. There are also beautifully landscaped gardens providing direct beach access to the golden sands of Tugun Beach.

Pelican Sands is located right on the beachfront and is only a few minutes walk to a patrolled section of the beach.

Location
Tugun is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 30 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Tugun offers a stretch of pristine, uncrowded and patrolled beach. Tugun village has a number of trendy cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a great surf club on the beach, 2 supermarkets + liquor stores, fashion and homewares stores and florists. Despite having all of these conveniences, Tugun still maintains a laid back beach town vibe. Take a walk or bike ride along the path towards Currumbin and enjoy a spectacular sunset with Surfers Paradise twinkling in the distance.
