Enjoy relaxing in the Bali hut on the day bed with views over your private plunge pool, or entertainin the back garden, complete with comfortable furnishings and BBQ.  Please note that the actual BBQ in the property is a smaller size, it is not the family size BBQ that shows in the photos.

Downstairs offers one bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and a serene outlook over the pool. There is also a powder room, fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and 1 off street car park.

The upstairs features a second sitting room with smart TV, DVD player and access to the generous balcony, spanning the length of the property. This is the perfect spot to watch the spectacular Gold Coast sunset.

The spacious, airy and bright master bedroom with queen bed also has balcony access plus ensuite with spa bath, walk in wardrobe, TV and DVD player. The third bedroom is equipped with double bed and ceiling fan and the fourth bedroom is the ideal kids room with a set of single bunk beds.

The decor is neutral coastal chic a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, there is room to spread out over the multiple living areas. Kids will love playing in the swimming pool and you can keep an eye on them from the dining room or the Bali hut.

The home is ideally located only 100m from Kirra beach and Kirra's thriving cafe, restaurant and shopping scene. Head to the beach in the morning, pop into one of Kirras cafes for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing in the tropical paradise that is Seminyak 2 at Kirra.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Fees
$500 refundable security bond, $220 basic cleaning fee and $30 non-refundable booking fee applies.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Kirra is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Kirra offers a range of popular take away shops, cafes and bars and fronts onto a spectacular expanse of clean white sand and clear water. Kirra Point is one of Australias favourite surf breaks and caters to all surfers from beginner to advance. When the wind picks up, Kirra Beach is a favourite for kite surfers. The beach is patrolled year round and it is a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.
