Bright and Breezy is located on the first floor (walk up) and offers an affordable getaway for you and your partner (and your furry friend)! The unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and private beachfront balcony with stunning ocean views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cool tiled lounge and living area with TV, DVD player and ocean views!

The master bedroom offers queen bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom offers elevated single bed with pull out trundle and ceiling fan. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and internal washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Bright and Breezy is in a secure complex and offers 1 underground carpark. It is across from North Kirra SLSC and the patrolled section of the beach. It is located fantastically close to airport but with no overhead flights and only a short walk along the gorgeous beachfront to many fabulous Kirra shops, cafes and restaurants.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Fees
Refundable $250 bond, $90 basic cleaning fee and $30 non-refundable booking fee applies.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Location
Bilinga is located only minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Hop straight off the plane and into paradise! Bilinga offers one of the least crowded beaches on the Gold Coast, and has a quaint, beach town vibe. The beach is patrolled in front of the surf club, and most accommodation options feature wonderful views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. There are a couple of cafes and general stores to stock up on holiday basics and it is only a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.
