The oversized kitchen is perfect for entertaining with stone benchtops, gas cooktop and modern appliances including dishwasher. It also offers a serving bar to the alfresco dining and entertaining area, complete with gourmet gas BBQ. Bifold windows seamlessly join inside with out and allow for plenty of natural light.

The open plan loungeroom is air-conditioned and features cool porcelain tiles, wall mounted TV and comfortable furnishings.

Tahiti Pearl also features a 17m inground swimming pool, and you can even bring your own boat or canoe to explore the Palm Beach waterways. There is direct water access with secure off street parking for your boat.

There are 2 undercover car spaces available under the carport, internal washing machine and dryer and free WIFI for your convenience.

Tahiti Pearl is a family home located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is not a party house and activities including bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions, parties, gatherings, functions or parties are strictly prohibited.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and the Holiday Rental Industry Guidelines, disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid.

    Fantastic family holiday house. Everything you need to have a wonderful break away. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the large pool and the adults enjoyed the outside entertainment area and fantastic bbq and bar fridge facilities. Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this holiday house to other family and friends.
