Marine Parade 208 is the ideal beach house in a perfect location. It has recently been updated with fresh paint and new carpets throughout.

This townhouse is perfect for families featuring 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, renovated kitchen and the ideal balcony to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean vista.

It is split over 2 levels with the lower level featuring 3 bedrooms, private grassy courtyard, and heaps of storage space for surfboards, pool toys and everything you could need for a great beach holiday! The upper level features the fourth bedroom, modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable spacious living area and entertaining deck with spectacular ocean views!

Marine Parade 208 is located in a small and exclusive complex right across the road from the golden sands of Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks!

Linen
Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired locally at a reasonable cost through Hire All - Phone (07) 5536 1379 or website www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

Fees
$500 refundable security deposit, $200basic cleaning fee and $30 non-refundable booking fee applies.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Location
Rainbow Bay is located only 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Rainbow Bay offers laid back charm with a few popular cafes and takeaway shops and a fantastic surf club on the water. The beach is protected from the North and South, and offers calm swimming conditions. Surfers, head to Snapper Rocks- Australias greatest surfing mecca, or over the hill to Duranbar (D-Bar as the locals call it). Talk a walk at dusk around the boardwalk towards Coolangatta and enjoy spectacular views, with Surfers Paradise twinkling in the distance.

    Amazing location on the beachfront at Snapper Rocks.

    Really spacious townhouse with everything you need for an extended stay with a beach house feel.

    The best stocked kitchen with no shortage of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment.

    Would be great if it had a bbq on the balcony. Bathrooms in need of refurbishing and and air conditioning would be welcome but great breezes and ceiling fans did the job.

    Perfect size for a large family and defiant going back which is the best compliment I can give.

    Our holiday at 208 Marine pde was good. We loved the revamped front yard. The only downside was the neighbour next door who twice stopped us or came into the property to instruct us about the garage parking. We were parking downstairs and sometimes on the street. Are they overseers of the property?
